At Ashford, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return your item in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.
Request a Return Authorization
Log into your account or contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number, which is required for all processed returns.
Pack Your Item Securely
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective stickers, and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.
Affix Shipping Label
Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package and attach the provided shipping label or use a trackable, insured shipping method of your choice.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
